Having shopping and dining and even a grocery all in walking distance and literally on the same corner was very convenient. Made for a very enjoyable and stress free stay

I often stay here when visiting Lexington. It is in a very convenient location, close to many restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always very friendly.

This relatively new property is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and handled all of your questions efficiently. The inhouse restaurant, 33 Staves has a great selection of spirits, wines and brews. We always love to see a strong mix of local producers to provide that authentic feel. Our room was comfortable, we had a room with 2 queen beds and walk in shower. There is an iron and ironing board, a safe for valuables and small fridge. Smart TV had plenty of choices and the ability to connect to our Netflix account. Parking is mainly on the side of the building, just a short walk to the front door.

We were missing a chair to sit on in the room and alerted the front desk and they did nothing about it. First morning the housekeeper didn't give us any clean towels. The second morning they didn't come at all. We were put in a handicap room for no reason and had to bend down to shampoo hair because the shower head was broken.

As well, I double checked your reservation and shows that it came into our system with the accessible room selected, a lot of our third party bookings come this way and we are always more than happy to move you to a non-accessible room, to keep them open for those that need it. I have sent your comments regarding the stayover issues to the housekeeping manager for her to review. We hope to host you next time in a room more suitable for you, feel free to call us in advance next time to confirm your room type or anything you may need pre-arrival!
