The room was so humid, you walk on a wet floor pretty much. The ac is loud but doesn't do job at all. There was only hand towels and no large ones, i had to use small ones after shower.

We do apologize, We will look into which room you stayed in and have maintenance take a look at the ac unit. We do apologize about the towels not being present, I will speak with housekeeping staff to verify.

When we arrived, the pool was not working. They said it would work the next day.It still was not working. We had to switch rooms two times before we got a room that was okay to stay in. The first room smelled like urine. The second room, the air conditioning was leaking.All over the floor and making the puddle
