It stinks, the toilet didnt flush correctly, the water didnt get hot, LOTS of moiture in the air, the floors stayed wet, the doors SLAM, key card only worked when it wanted to on exterier door and room door, no hair dryer in the bathroom, the toilet roll WAY TO CLOSE to the toilet, the bed was broke so i sank to the middle immediately after laying down, and they require 100$ cash deposit to stay! Do not reccomend!!

Decided to start a new policy and not change it on hotels.com which caused me to be stranded. Terrible customer service on their end and would never recommend a red roof inn to anyone.

Transparency questioned- otherwise Great!
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HotelsBusiness trip. Overall good experience. Only hiccup would be that at check in a $100 cash deposit was required. They did not accept CC, cash only. This was not on their information page on hotels.com. I had to go into town and incur ATM fees as I do not carry cash on my persons.
