Fire alarm went off at 5 AM. Not sure the reason…fire department left after an hour and we could return to our rooms.

Great place but I was disappointed that the airport shuttle was not available due to a scheduled oil change. Which is the reason I chose this particular hotel. However I was able to schedule an Uber.

Spent the night with my daughter. She loved the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again

Beds were very firm (not comfortable at all). Pull out couch was not fit to sleep in. Huge bent bar across your back. Pillows were small and not the best. Bedding for pullout was stained. Other than that it was clean and the staff was great. They were quick to replace the stained bedding.

The first room I was put into had the water turned off on the toilet so it would not flush. The desk clerk came immediately when I called about it and discovered that it needed a new flush valve. He didn’t have the part in house so he moved me to another room. That was great customer service but it would have been even better if the room was marked out of service beforehand. I had already unpacked so I had to pack everything up then unpack again in the other room. The room I was put in had a damp smell. It seemed clean everything felt just a little damp. I brought a magazine with me and by the next morning it also felt damp. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with directions.

Breakfast was good . no maid service but every five days which we did not know about, staff was very helpful, lots of near by eating places, good to get to and from the airport
