Front desk service was terrible. Keys didn’t work in the room, had to wait on someone to let us in every time we needed in our room. Rubber bands and harbors left in the floor from previous guest, hairs on shower walls upon arrival. Spots on bathroom floor (that wiped up easily). When looking behind table between beds to find a plug, there was a fork with food on it, potato chips, used q-tips, etc. Stains/spots on the towels, sheets and comforter. The list could go on…

Good place to rest if you driving on I-75

Terrible. The front desk people took over an hour to check us in at 11:30 at night. Then, when we got to our room, they had given us a room where other people were sleeping. We entered a room that was occupied at 12:30am! That made us very uneasy, as we were unsure if they would do that to our room. When we went to get a new room, there were people in the lobby. The lady at the front desk was bellowing our name and our room number across the whole lobby. So, many people knew where me (a female) and my daughter were staying. The place was filthy, and nothing worked. There were wires hanging out of the wall where TVs should go, the breakfast was basically nonexistent and unsanitary. The sheets were covered in black mold. We could not use the pillows because they were so filthy. We left one night early, and are hoping for a refund, but have not heard back from Expedia.

Our key stop working the day before we checked out. The breakfast was good but you had to wait for the food (eggs pancake mix to make waffles and yogurt. Someone open our door at 9:00am on the morning we were checking out and check out time was 11:00am.
