This home offers a large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2.5baths, horse views, inground pool & so much more! Live like a true Kentuckian & be surrounded by rolling hills & paddocks filled with our favorite 4 legged friends. Backing to WinStarFarm, guests are quickly immersed into the land of champions.

Hosts are not on site, but are available 24/7 for anything you may need.

Sugar Hill Farm is the perfect place for friends & family to gather when visiting the Horse Capital of the World! Surrounded by rolling hills & horses, you will quickly fall in love with everything this farm has to offer. Spend the summer days swimming outside, walking around the farm, grilling hot dogs & burgers, and even swinging under the trees. Watch your favorite movies or shows in one of the two living rooms on the main floor or listen to the rain in the cozy sun-room! There is so much for you to do at Sugar Hill Farm, no matter what season it is!

EAT
While we recommend several local restaurants, we also encourage you to use our well equipped kitchen to make your favorite meals! Enjoy your dinners outside on the patio or in the beautiful dining room. If you are looking for a simple, yet fun meal, roast hot dogs & marshmallows around the fire pit!

SLEEP
Traveling with a group of people? No worries! With four bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms, there is room for everyone! The master bedroom has a king bed with an attached full bathroom. You will then find two bedrooms with queen beds & one bedroom with 3 twin beds.

BARNS
Sugar Hill Farm is unique as we offer spaces for your horses while you visit Kentucky! If you are interested in renting a stall while you stay, just let us know!
