Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayEnjoyed our stay. Well equipped, up-to-date and comfortable. Only 2 minor issues. Some of the dishes from the previous guest had been put away dirty and had to be re-washed. It would be nice have a clear path (or sidewalk) to get to the stairs leading up to the entrance instead of having to walk through wet, dewy grass.

Cute and spacious, walk to town

Everything we needed, and more, was there.
There was a brand new park right by the place that kept our toddler busy.
All in all, definitely a place that we can recommend to anyone.

Clean, but not quiet
Publié le 28 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayIf you’re a night owl and don’t mind noisy neighbors, this spot will suit your needs. Unfortunately we were in town for a meeting and had to be up at 6am. Since the downstairs tenants stayed up until 1:30am, we didn’t get much sleep. The apartment is just like the pictures though—very clean and updated. The mattresses are comfortable. The kitchen is great with everything you need to cook if you choose. One suggestion for the owner might be to add a path to the staircase so your guests don’t have to walk through the tall grass to get to the stairway.

Perfect place to visit my Kentucky roots

The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself if you want (full size fridge, stove/oven!!). Beds were very comfortable, and the place has a cozy charm for sure! Felt like a home away from home. The only possible improvement would be dedicated parking off the street and a paved walkway to the stairs (you have to walk through a yard for just a few feet - makes a difference between wet shoes and dry shoes if it’s been raining), otherwise a perfect stay!!
