Sign at check in said they were busy at another property so I had to call the number on the sign to have someone come to the office to check me in and then when I went to my room the room was not cleaned so I had to go have dinner and come back. Bathroom had no heat.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but since we are under staffed there is only 1 person working front desk at 2 seperate locations. And your room was clean the housekeeper was simply steaming the floors, and she promptly finished and moved to the next room so there was no need for you to leave but that may have been your plan anyway as it is with most guests that have been traveling all day and are hungry. Either way we are sorry for your inconvenience.

The lack of hot water was a problem. Getting attitude from the front desk when asked to be moved because she put me a room next to a young family with infants crying all night I would say that my experience was not enjoyable sort of a big deal when you can’t take a hot shower.

We are sorry about your experience. If you had mentioned that there was no hot water, we would have gladly remedied the issue right away as it was a result of a simple breaker needing to be flipped. We apologize that you felt there was attitude when in fact you were immediately moved to the single story building with no hesitation. The front desk does not choose the room for the guests at the time of their reservation, the computer automatically assigns the rooms. But again we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Our stay was very pleasant. Motel was clean and the employees friendly and helpful.

Quaint older feel, but clean and welcoming. Our bed was comfortable and the towels were soft!

This is the cutest little place. Mickey was the greatest she made sure that we were comfortable at all times. Loved the old town feel of the place nice, clean, great price.
