Jen hodinu od Prahy, 15 minut od Litoměřic a 10 minut od městečka Úštěk najdete prostorné ubytování pro rodiny s dětmi, milovníky turistiky, přírody, památek, ale i potřebného odpočinku a dobrého vína.
Kompletně zrekonstruovaný dům s názvem Haus 44 už na vás čeká. Nabízíme také snídaně (formou bufetu), které lze rezervovat alespoň dva dny předem nebo na vyžádání (cena není zahrnuta v ceně ubytování).

Vydejte se na procházky a objevujte krásy Českého středohoří, Těšíme se na vás!

Přízemí:
Do domu se vchází malou chodbou, která vás zavede do obývacího pokoje s kachlovými kamny, velkou pohovkou a televizí se satelitem.
V přízemí najdete rovněž jídelnu s kuchyňským koutem a velkými francouzskými okny, které vám umožní vstup do vzrostlé zahrady.
Dále se zde nachází koupelna se sprchovým koutem, jedno samostatné WC a prostorná komora.

Malé schodiště pak vede do ložnice s manželskou postelí a se soukromou koupelnou ve které je k dispozici vana. V neposlední řade se zde nachází dětský pokoj, který nabízí 4 místa na dvou pohodlných rozkládacích gaučích.

Podkroví:
Přes točité schody se vchází do podkrovního prostoru, kde se nachází druhá ložnice s manželskou postelí a TV se satelitem. Pokoj doplňuje soukromý balkon s výhledem na vinici.

Zahrada:
Okolí chalupy tvoří velká, oplocená zahrada, 2 altánky s udírnou, grilem a bazénem 6 x 3 m.

Sociální zařízení:
V přízemí jsou k dispozici 2 koupelny. První s WC, sprchovým koutem a pračkou, druhá s vanou a WC. Dále je zde i samostatný záchod.

Vytápění:
Tepelné čerpadlo a krbová kamna.

Doprava, parkování:
Parkování přímo v objektu na oploceném parkovišti pro 2 auta, před domem pak pro další 1 auto.

Osobně Vás přivítám a vysvětlím všechny potřebné informace o ubytování. Já a moji kolegové jsme vám k dispozici i během vašeho pobytu, recepce se nachází 20 metrů od domu.

Náměty na procházky a výlety
1. Nenáročná procházka do Jelče trvá 30 minut, je dlouhá 2 km a vede přes krásné pastviny.
2. Pokud máte více sil, můžete procházku protáhnout až na zříceninu hradu Lityš. Cesta tam trvá něco přes hodinu.
3. Túra na vrcholek hory Sedlo (726 m) trvá přibližně 2 hodiny. Z majestátního vrcholu se vám otevře překrásný výhled do daleka.
4. Výlet do krás města Úštěk, kouzelné jezero Chmelař s písečnou pláží, tajemný hrad Helfenburg, návštěva Kalvárie u vesnice Ostré.
5. Skanzen Zubrnice přes městys Levín proslavený hrnčířstvím.
6. Pohádkový zámek Ploskovice.
7. Královské město Litoměřice.

Beautiful house and location
The house and garden were even better than anticipated. It provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind, but also a great base from which to explore the beautiful country. Pavol and his colleague Jana couldn’t have been more welcoming and were always on hand if we needed anything. It was the perfect holiday. Highly recommended.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir durften 14 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Haus, Garten und Pool waren super. Pavol, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich, hat alles gut geklappt. Die Lage ist ruhig, ein wenig abseits, nicht weit vom Berg Sedlo entfernt. Restaurants oder Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind 20 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Für Ausflüge aber ideal!

Wir fanden ein sehr schönes und komfortabel ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vor. Bei Fragen stand uns unser Vermieter Pavol immer zur Verfügung. Prag, Dresden und das Elbsandsteingebirge sind von dort gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Our recent stay with four adults and one child at this charming vacation home in the heart of Bohemian Mittelgebirge was a perfect setting for a serene and memorable vacation. Wir (6Personen) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und einen sehr schönen Empfang. Das Haus war sehr sauber und in allen Bereichen sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr gemütlich. Das einzige Manko war der "weite" Weg zum Bad für zwei der Zimmer. Aber für uns dennoch vollkommen ok und meckern auf hohem Niveau. Der große Garten ist super und im Sommer kann er gerade mit dem vorhandenen Pool sicher gut genutzt werden. (Für uns war es leider schon zu kalt.) Insgesamt hat alles einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck auf uns gemacht. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, so dass wir vom nächstgelegenen Bahnhof mit dem Zug nach Prag fahren konnten. Die Landschaft ringsum ist wunderschön. Wir würden definitiv wieder buchen.

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr gern weiter empfehlen. Das großzügige Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Spielen und Erholen ein. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Als Willkommensgruß erhielten wir vom Gastgeber Pavol leckeren Wein aus der Region und haben gleich weitere Flaschen für daheim käuflich erworben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren nicht das letzte Mal in dem schönen Haus. Vielen Dank nochmals an Pavol und seine freundliche Kollegin Frau Běhunkova.

Erstklassiges Anwesen in paradiesischer Lage
Wir waren als Gruppe zu 7 Personen da. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Selbst Holz für den Ofen stand bereit. Ideal ist das Objekt für große Familien oder Ausflüge mit Freunden, es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer. Im Garten steht eine überdachte Grillecke mit Backofen zur Verfügung. Noch schöner ist die ruhige Umgebung mit sanften Weinbergen und dem majestätischen Geltschberg, der zum Wandern einlädt. Vom Gastgeber würden wir persönlich mit einer Flasche Geltschbergwein empfangen, obwohl wir am gleichen Tag durch Staus sehr viel später kommen mussten.

Ein Traum
Diese Unterkunft war wirklich exakt das, was wir als Freundeskreis mit Familienmitgliedern gesucht haben. Großer, sehr gepflegter Gartenbereich zum Spielen für die Kinder und sicher auch für laue Abendstunden im Sommer. Dann die drei voneinander getrennten Schlafzimmer mit hervorragendem Ambiente. Eines hatte Zugang zum Balkon, ein anderes zu einem separatem Badezimmer. Ich bin begeistert! Das Grundstück befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf, durch das man des Abends schlendern kann, wenn einem der Sinn nach einem kleinen Spaziergang steht. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung kann jeder selbst recherchieren. Viel erwähnenswerter finde ich die Gastfreundschaft von Pavol, der zu jeder (christlichen) Zeit erreichbar war und den Check-in reibungslos gestaltet hat. Zu unserer Begrüßung fanden wir einen Wein des lokalen Weingutes vor (sehr lecker!). Die Renovierung der Unterkunft hat offenbar von bestem handwerklicher Praxis profitiert. Alles wirkt sauber verarbeitet und wartet tlw. mit hochwertigen Komponenten auf. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank an Pavol und viele Grüße ( :
