Staff were excellent polite well mannered and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Highly recommended. Lovely building, well furnished and decorated, fantastic room, beautifully clean, good breakfast, good relatively quiet central location, parking. More luxury boutique hotel than b&b but no bar or evening food (due to COVID?). Overall very good value.

Creatively and comfortably furnished throughout, all in keeping with the style and age of the property. Wonderful staff and nothing was too much trouble for Dan and his team. Amazing breakfasts, both in choice and quality. Couldn’t fault this place! Highly recommended. We will be back.

Excellent and friendly

We stayed in the terrace which was lovely and we had our own patio area to relax on which was nice, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was included in the price and there was plenty of choice and it was very nice. The staff at Saint Johns House were very welcoming and friendly, also the hotel is only a 2 minute walk into Lichfield so it’s very well situated and we will definitely be staying again
