Lovely one night stay as part of a road trip down to Cornwall. The host was lovely and friendly and made us welcome. The room was comfortable and quiet and we slept well. Delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Ideally I’d have liked a bigger bath sheet that could wrap round me after a shower but for a short stay it was perfectly fine.

The lovely couple who run the inn did a great job keeping the charm of the old building while providing all the modern conveniences one would appreciate in a hotel. The breakfast was fresh and made to order. We needed extra water as we could not find any to purchase on our day of cycling to the town. It was Sunday and everything was closed. They were so very generous with the number of bottles they gave us. There was a secure place to store our bikes. I would definitely stay there again.

Publié le 7 août 2023 sur HotelsThis is the perfect guest house, located 1mile from the A30 and only 2miles from the Cornish border. Very central to many locations. The Guesthouse was secure with a key to enter the front door and a different key for your room. My room was very spacious as was the shower room. The breakfast is made to order - with a selection of juices,tea & coffee, cereals, toast and cooked breakfast all served in a breakfast room by Suzanne with a smile. very attentive and kind. Very clean guest house. Suzanne truly cares that your stay goes well. I will be returning.
