Comfortable two-family villa on 2 floors, for up to 8 guests, specifically designed for those who love both comfort and open-air activities, thanks to its ample spaces and to the wide private garden where you can enjoy the summer breeze and frolic in the tranquillity of the Mediterranean vegetation. On the basement floor you'll find a spacious hobby area with French-style convertible couch, windowed bathroom with shower box, balcony and big garage where you can park 2 cars in line. On th raised ground floor, 1 living room with a double convertible couch, two furnished balconies with table and sun beds, kitchenette, 1 double room, 1 twin room and windowed bathroom with tub. Plus, modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hairdryer, microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher and Lcd Tv.

One small pet is allowed: 20 eur per pet/day + deposit of 100eur to be paid in cash at reception.
