The condo is beautifully decorated in Hawaiian style. On the main level is the fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing at home meals or putting together a picnic for a day at the beach. The living room and dining room are comfortably furnished in tropical decor and there is a lanai for your relaxation. A half bathroom completes this level. In addition to ceiling fans, there is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room/dining room area.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, beautifully furnished, and another lanai. A second bedroom has 2 twin beds, also decorated in Hawaiian style. The bedrooms are perfect for a family of 4 or for one or two couples. The master bathroom on this floor consists of a large walk in shower, lighted vanity mirror, hair dryer and a washer and dryer. Linens and bath towels are provided, as are an iron and ironing board. Stored in the Master Bedroom closet are beach chairs and beach towels for your use at the beach. Free WiFi service is provided should you bring your laptop or other electronic devices. There is a community computer available at the front desk for all guests to use free of charge.

As you walk through the beautifully landscaped property, which was once a botanical garden, you will come upon the hilltop salt water swimming pool. At this location you will find two shared gas BBQ grills, outdoor shower and restrooms. Adjacent to the pool area are tennis courts and a shuffleboard court.

The Greatest aspect of Banyan Harbor is it's proximity to Kauai's shopping center and central island location. You’re within walking distance to Kalapaki Bay, restaurants and shops. This condominium is located equidistant from the sights and activities on the North and South shores.

Bel appartement avec cuisine toute équipée, chambres confortables et piscine! Seul désavantage, la minuterie de 60 minutes sur l’air climatisée dans la chambre... Une chance que le ventilateur fonctionnait bien!

Treated our Mom's to a trip!
The property worked out wonderfully for us, there was an ice chest, umbrella, chairs, etc. Practically all you could ask for! Stayed here for about a week and it was a great place to get home to after a full day on the island exploring! Quiet neighborhood, and friendly people around. Second bedroom upstairs is a little small for two people but worked out well.

An absolutely wonderful stay
Full disclosure - when we got to our place, there had been a mix up and it wasn't ready for us, but I am not taking off any stars because despite the fact that it was 11:30 at night, the owner was immediately available to fix the problem, they put us up for the night elsewhere at their expense while they cleaned it, and made sure that we were completely happy with our overall stay - and we definitely were. The condo is in a GREAT location, it's in wonderful shape, perfectly stocked and decorated. We had a lovely stay, it's walking distance to everything we needed, it's a quiet area, the pool is fantastic (though we spent most of our time at the beach a short walk away), and we had everything we could ask for. I recommend this place without the slightest hesitation.

Property is close to grocery store such as Costco, Walmart, target, Starbucks, food trucks, and many local dining restaurants. It’s very center to everything you need and the beach. The condo itself has everything that you need such as towels, cooking ware even rice cooker, boogie board, beach chairs x 5, beach umbrella, and beach toys for the kids. You really just need to bring your personal stuff. There is a beach park across the street. Overall the location and the condo was great. Had a great time and created lasting memories with family.

Very nice, quiet condo. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Would be nice if it had more beach equipment like snorkel gear, beach chairs/umbrella, cooler & wagon like our condo on Big Island had last year. Kitchen was stocked with basics like oil and salt. Parking was quite convenient, although there was a small flight of stairs to navigate with luggage. A/C in both bedrooms and living room which worked well. The condo is conveniently located on the island and there is a beach within walking distance, along with some food trucks, a mexican restaurant, a bakery/breakfast shop and an ice cream parlor. I'd stay again.

Great Central Location for Kauai
Banyon Harbor is a great location for easy access to the whole island. Nice on site amenities with shops and beach in easy walking distance. Lots of other adventures a short drive away.

Beautiful condo!
Location was walkable to a great beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Owners thought of many details to make the place more like home. Great beach activity gear, laundry and dish washer detergent. No issues when we were there!

Great Property - Great Vacay
The condo was awesome. We traveled with other couples who stayed in different units in the Banyon Harbor Resort. Our condo was by far the best of the three units our group booked. It was a relief to have everything and more in our sweet home away from home. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and the team at Kauai Vacation rentals made the reservation process seamless. Highly recommend unit A9 at Banyon Harbor❤️
