70th Birthday Trip
Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayInitially the room was very hot and ended up buying a fan at WalMart. We received a room change that turned everything around!! That view from room 4214 was fantastic!! Communicating with the host was a little tricky for me but got it to work. Didn’t realize until we checked in that we’d have to pay for parking.

Nice but needs up dates.
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayUpon arrival the floor in our unit was already sandy. The furniture on the deck had not been clean for a while. They have a problem with birds, understood that, but we didn’t get to use that area at all. The shower curtain and towels needed to be replaced years ago. The bed and pillows had a bad odor. The de humidifier we had to empty at least three times a day. We were told at check-in that since we didn’t book the unit via the resort (we booked via the owner) that we could not come to them for any type of services. No extra towels, no room cleaning and no maintenance issues. We were told we could pay $??00 for cleaning and $??00 for towel exchange per day. That was on top of the rental cost. The ironing board and iron needs to be replaced. On a good note, the resort itself was nice and well maintained for an older resort.

Perfect vacation
Publié le 16 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis resort is perfect for people wanting a central location to explore the island. 30 minutes to drive to both the North and south shores. The resort is clean and has everything needed to relax and stay put as well- several pools, 3 restaurants and sits on miles of walkable beachfront. All of the resort staff was so friendly and helpful. The host was spectacular with timely communication and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Resort retreat
Publié le 21 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is dated but still beautiful. The restaurant was convenient. The room was comfortable and quiet. There were elements of the resort that could use attention but overall it was as stated and we had a wonderful time. Being close to the airport at the end of our trip was a great decision and we caught a last minute seat on a helicopter tour that ended up being a top highlight!

Publié le 22 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe found this place last minute and I’m so happy we did! We planned to spend our 25th Anniversary in Maui but after the fires, we changed our trip to Kauai. We absolutely loved the island and the resort this room is located in. Crystal was so responsive to our questions and even offered us a mid-week cleaning. We hope to be back someday. Thank you!!
