My condo is way more than a normal rental. I tried to provide all kinds of extra amenities to make sure that each guest has great comfort, a great trip and a home instead of a rental. The resort is super and with the use of the hotel pools it makes it even better. I appreciate what you have said and again mahalo.

I in my housekeeper are clean fanatics. The location is the best on the island for going north and south. I am really glad you enjoyed your stay. Also to know that I'm at the top of your VRBO stays.

Aloha in general I'm glad you enjoyed the condo. You're the first person to mention a problem with the sofa which is a sofa bed and they are a little less comfortable than big stuffed sofas. In my description I make it clear that it is not a swimming or snorkeling Beach. Since it's a state public beach like all our even though it's secluded I can't be responsible for the cleaning of the beach and the resort is not allowed to touch it it's the state's responsibility. I also cannot be responsible for homeless people on any part of any Beach. Other than that I'm glad you enjoyed the resort and the rest of the condo.

Aloha. This is my first bad review in over 20 years. If a guest does not communicate problems they cannot be solved. There is an old saying if you do not ask the answer is always no. I nor my housekeeper were informed of a water leak. It was not there for previous guests and for the next guest. She did not report it to the housekeeper on multiple interim cleanings. I provide to longer guests. Any problems in the condo are resolved by my maintenance company in less than a day. We just replaced the microwave a month ago in 3 hours when a guest blew it up with a metal frozen dish. If there is a problem in the unit a guest needs to inform us of the problem and not after the stay. This guest never reported a problem having packages delivered. She did not ask how to have them delivered. I would have gotten involved to assist with different options. But she reported nothing. I and other guests have had deliveries to the door from Fed Ex, UPS, Macys, Amazon, Walmart and others. Also the HOA office has received them. The US Post service is always a problem. They do not deliver to the units and leave all at the HOA office. They will not deliver to the units. Anything not addressed to a registered owner must be addressed C/O HOA Office. All Wyndham's timeshare guests do that. So I have no idea what companies were trying to deliver. But if she had communicated a problem I would have got involved and done all I could to help. I cannot help if I do not know. The private investigator is a process server who had papers to serve on behalf of Wyndham. He came once that I was were informed. He is not working for the police chief and she knows that and has mischaracterized him. He is a former retired police chief who does process serving. He was sent an email and as we know never came back. If he did she did not report it. He did not come back for this guest after her. I am not being investigated for anything. She was explained by phone and in writing he was trying to serve papers for Wyndham on all 32 private owners. They did by certified mail also. with all their over 3000 timeshare owners. Wyndham is being sued in a class action by the private owners and also on behalf of the time share owners. He wanted to serve me in person he only get paid if he does. I believed the cease and desist email ended that. hye has all my information. Knows where I am at, my 4 phone numbers and emails and did not contact me or reply. I am sorry a young girl staying in the unit was bothered by this person on one occasion that we know of and if any additional occasions occurred she did not report them. Finally her leaving early was not necessary. Due to process server and a good while after before her request to leave. If she was really concerned she would have requested to leave immediately. I can not say if this was her reason for leaving as we had no communication for 3 weeks. Her decision to leave early came up at the exact same time Hurricanes Hone and Gilma developed back to back. They were heading for and missed the islands closely but alerts were sent out for all to prepare for a possible hit. They brought a lot of rain. She left just before them. If your worried about hurricanes do not vacation anywhere they develop in Hurricane season, July thru November. So in all instances communication of any problems could have been solved. As they have been for guests for over 20 years and as always most recent before her with 5 stars.
