Beautiful property, iconic park and amazing staff. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lijiang.

This hotel is the highlight of our short stay in Lijiang.
The hotel itself is a form of art in landscaping and architecture. A quiet, exquisite, and relaxing oasis just five mins walk away from the Suhe Old Town.
The whole staff team is so kind and helpful.
Our family of four (incl. elderly parents) enjoyed the wonderful food options, spa, and various hotel activities here.
If I ever come back to Lijiang, I will def still stay here.

Publié le 2 avr. 2024 sur HotelsOur trip to Yunnan wouldn‘t have been made pefect without the stay in Banyan Tree Lijiang. The credit must go to the staff, Elin. Elin is always courteous and responsive. She has been very helpful all the time. She is also very caring and always checks with us to see if we have any need.
We stayed there for a couple of nights and then went to other places of Yunnan. On the very last day of our trip, we went back to stay there. Elin went out her way to prepare a better villa for us. Even though she wasn’t on roster on the day we were there, she made sure that other staff were aware of what to do. When compared to other 5 star hotels (including other countries), this is the best customer service we have ever come across. Elin‘s service has made Banjan Tree Lijang stand out.
