A great hotel, great staff, nice location with great train service to Lille Centre. parking in the hotel was €13 a night but it was secure, limited on the road parking near the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a definite plus. The room was generally clean, though some areas were a bit dusty. Unfortunately, the bed sheets triggered an allergic reaction for me. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower design was flawed, with no door or curtain to contain the water, leading to splashes on the bathroom floor. On a positive note, the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Bd mattresses, poor hygiene, lack of pillows and towels in the room. We even called to ask for pillow, towels and vanity kit and an hour after someone showed knocking on the door with 3 extra towels and completely confused about the vanity kit ask or a pillow.Overall disappointing experience. Breakfast was nice but way overpriced. It’s fine for one night but really not great value for money.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my time in France. Honestly the bar was low, since most other properties had plumbing issues, no 24 hour staff, and a host of other things that made this one stand out even more. Its just a nice, brand new, clean, and modern hotel with a good hot breakfast option, small but very well designed rooms. I will most definitely stay here again if my travels take me to Lille again.

The hotel was in a good area. 15 min walk into centre. Tram 5 min walk. Room adequate.poor tea and coffee options in room. 1 normal teabag , 1 fruit teabag. Unfortunately when we stayed the chef was off sick. No dinner service for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. This was very disappointing as we booked hotel with restaurant service and I’m sure this is reflected in the price.
