247 club lounge access but no one explained what was included. Went for coffee/snack first morning & ate a couple of mini pastries. Was told they weren’t included so we were charged €19 each 😯

In fact, snacks are offered but breakfast is extra if this one is not included in the reservation. During breakfast, we therefore move the snacking to a place other than the buffet. Good, as long as you don't stay on a hot day...
Posted Jul. 27, 2024 on Hotels+ve | Modern hotel in a good central location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable with good quality linens. Nespresso machine provided which is a plus for France where you don't always get tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. The club room is a nice feature of OKKO hotels. We booked breakfast which was good quality.
-ve | Unfortunately I did not sleep well as the room was too hot. Although there is air conditioning it is not powerful enough, even on maximum, to cool the room sufficiently on a hot day and due to the restrictors, you cannot open the window far enough to get air in. The layout of the breakfast room is poor as everything is in one corner which gets crowded and chaotic - the hotel needs to space the breakfast area out a bit more so that guests are not in each other’s way when trying to use the breakfast buffet.
