Dear Allan, Thank you very much for making time to give us feedback. We are really sorry for the inconvenience you had. I wish to acknowledge that you booked and paid in advance for one room for 6 people for 19 nights. I know I discussed with you over the phone you called me before your arrival date, about my concern to have 6 adults stay in one room for the duration of 19 nights when the room could take a maximum of 2 people and the cost was per person but you I assured me that I should not worry with money, you would sort out on arrival. Two of your colleagues came and informed our staff that they were going to the airport to pick guests who booked online and need 6 rooms. We were all there waiting for you but you never turned up. We sent you a message but you never responded. After about a week, it’s when you responded to our second message in which you informed us you could not come to stay with us because of the standard of our rooms. I am not taking this lightly because our guest’s comfort is our priority and it is our goal to listen to our guest. We always strive to offer the best accommodation. Each day, which passes, we are taking steps to upgrade our services. As such we would like to invite you again and experience the ever improving services at MATT Bed and Breakfast. For the deposit which you paid for one room, we are willing to give you a credit note so that next time you visit Malawi you can stay for free for the same period.
