this was fine for a short stay at a budget rate. the location is safe and quiet and the place is clean, but there were no Covid protections in place. The studios have no phone to reception, toiletries and water are not replaced, and staff not particularly attentive. Not a single staff wore a mask except on request.

not so great
Publié le 23 juin 2019 sur HotelsNot too bad accommodation but aircon was not working, shower curtain and mould smell from the bathroom. Seems to have been a very good place previously needs a little bit more attention, lacks that hotel feel.

The bed was horribly hard. kindly next day the manager fix the problem but overall the hotel is falling apart...

A Japanese traveler who stayed here
Publié le 30 nov. 2017 sur HotelsThis hotel is very comfortable. The staffs are very kind. You can ask questions you have on your trip. Especially, Mr. Aditya, front office manager, told me how to go to other cities. In addition, I was very peased with meals in this hotel's restaurant. You can eat not only local foods but also Indian and Chinese ones. I can reccomend this hotel with confidence.

And yes we would like to tel u that we expand tremendously.. now we have 140 rooms, including flats/studios/Delux.. and 8 conference plus we have big volleyball court..

Publié le 29 sept. 2015 sur HotelsEtt konferenshotell som var ett av de tråkigaste ställen jag varit på. Det fanns absolut ingenting att göra. Matsalen var ett skämt för den inredningsintresserade. Det stod att det skulle finnas pool, men där fick vi tji.

WORST STAY EVER

Breakfast was rubbish
No WLAN
Powershortcut led to a roaring generator at night. Light in my room went on and couldn't be shut down. No switch for it my room. It was bright like daylight.
The aircon was absolutely not bearable. Loud and not properly working.
This hotel won't see me again!!!

Pour : 小さな子供をつれてきてハウスキーパーをやってるお母さん方、
賛否分かれるだろうが、それを認めているオーナーの寛容さ(?)には賛同する。
仕事の邪魔になるというほどの事でもない。
Contre : WIFI 設備、TVの映り具合、料理の洗練さ
JPY13000以上払えば、時期にっては、そこそこいいホテルに泊まれるが、この施設でJPY10000以上は高い。
そんなに変わらない金額で良いホテルはBLANTYRE, DAR ES SALLAAM, DUAIで宿泊できた。POENTIALはあり。
従業員は素朴で礼儀も正しい、Friendlyである。素朴な感じ
ただ、設備が不十分。(トイレの便座もなかったし.....ヨーロッパスタンダード?)
