No idea how this hotel was rated over 8. Carpet is stained and nasty, rooms aren’t clean, common areas aren’t clean either. Will look for other options for sure.

Not great.
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsWell front desk person wasnt the greatest. Room was so so for the price. Beds weren't all that comfortable. Not sure what has happened to Country Inns. Use to be one of our favorites not not much better than a super 8 or Days Inn

The room we got looks nothing like the images shown on Expedia. The carpet is absolutely filthy dirty, stained and sticky. The couch has a huge tear in it and the pieces of the sectional are not attached or even close together. I would not let someone stay here in its current condition, let alone charge money for it. I have no clue how this hotel has an 8 out of 10 rating, and feel very misled. This is not a missed cleaning issue- this is a hotel choosing to have people stay in a room they must know is in horrible shape. The bathroom door won't even push closed, making for awkward meetings with family members overnight.

3rd time stay at hotel every time something wrong

Lima Country Inn has gone downhill...

Carpets on 2nd floor hallway and our room need a deep carpet cleaning. Our bathroom door didn't close. Bathroom electrical outlet was loose and the cabinet under the sink was loose, the toilet had a large rust stain behind it, the bathroom shower curtain rod was loose and hanging. No cookies...

Dirty and disgusting
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe floor was so dirty it turned our feet black. I couldn’t even let my 16mo crawl around because it was so nasty. One of the lights wasn’t working, the closet door was broken, and there was holes in the room darkner shade thing.

This hotel is understaffed to the point that there was one person on site during checkin. She was so overwhelmed, and our room had not been cleaned. Her only solution was to give us disinfectant and the vacuum so we could clean our own room. We did because there were no other rooms available in the area or in the hotel.
The furniture was old and broken, but the staff that were there did the best they could.
The owner only gave us one half of one night’s discount for their poor services. We do not recommend this hotel, and it certainly is not a 3-start hotel.
