Posted Sep. 30, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is located in a safe and nice location. I had an issue with the room cleanliness the next day and the housekeeping staff came and cleaned it immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. The breakfast offers limited options and there was no English language description on several breakfast dishes which was inconvenient to non-Spanish guests. There is no room service for lunch and dinner. The front desk and security was professional and helpful.
