No room / No communication

Arrived there after a 20 min. Taxi drive from the airport and were told that no room is available. Owner/Manager told us we should have to confirm his email request after booking at hotels.com. Never got an email and otherwise the booking was completed via hotels.com. Were very lucky with our Taxi driver who brought us to a nice hostel in miraflores after that but of course that was another hour drive which cost us a lot of money, time and nerves after having travelled all day.

Thanks for your coments Well we always have no shows problems , so , i always write and send a email the same day , when i recibe the booking, so is important, that you reply the message. That day we dont have available rooms for you , katharina , im very sorry , this things happen always when a guest dont reply my message because is the only way to conect the hotel with the guest , and find if the guest is going appear or not , also if gonna need airport transffer. Very sorry for all the problems made Grettings JAvi

Great alternative to the midaflores haul......$$$$

Javier makes this stay easy and affordable. This is a great alternative to the long haul to Midaflores. Javier is probably the most atentive host/owner I've had the pleasure to have frequented.
