Also, there is a lack of communication between the organisation, since there is no coordination regarding the delivery of keys or the status of the apartments.(At least in my case)

It was in a perfect area. Everyday different option. To eat from fast food to delicious restaurant all over the place .. walkable every where

Really wanted to like this property but it's tough to communicate before arrival and by far the worst part is how noisy it is. It's on top of one club and next to another.
The unit was clean and as advertised, the balcony is nice and everything is modern and new. But the main point of a hotel is somewhere to sleep so I would not recommend it.
