Breakfast Choices Subpar
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe were disappointed with the selection for breakfast. Warm food included only sausage links and gravy for a biscuit. The boiled eggs in the refrigerator were rubbery. Unfortunately, we chose this hotel because another review said the breakfast selection was great - which it definitely was not. Additionally, the bathroom had hair in the corners. We will select a different hotel next time we are through Lima.

The woman at check in was rude. No one was especially friendly. Breakfast was so so.
We’ve stayed here before and had a much more enjoyable experience.

I'm very sorry you had a negative experience at check in. I will speak to the staff about this issue. Our first goal at the Wingate is to make you feel welcome and I apologize that you did not feel that way. We hope you will consider us in the future
