Ηταν ολα υπέροχα, καθαρό ανετο και φιλικό. Το φαγητό νόστιμο και μπράβο στο Σεφ. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοι οι υπεύθυνοι στο εστιατόριο. Αν είχα να σχολιασω είναι: θα μπορούσε τα ατομα στο ρεσεψιόν και στο main bar να είναι καλά ενημερωμένοι για τα facility του ξενοδοχείου για καλύτερη συνεννόηση με τους πελάτες και αποφυγή οποιουδήποτε μπερδέματος. Οι υπεύθυνοι μας περιποηθηκαν και με το παραπάνω, Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Σίγουρα θα ξανά έρθουμε.

Nice but not very quiet and relaxing as hoped for
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HotelsThis was a last minute booking for just one night and our first at one of the Atlantica hotels. The hotel is lovely and very clean with lovely staff. We decided to have the buffet dinner which OK. Lovely salads etc but we just felt a little lack lustre and not the standard that other 4* hotels offered. But the breakfast as very nice and hot too! The only thing that spoilt it was that we loved our sea view room but had no idea that the outdoor bar area was straight outside! VERY loud music quiz held by a rep which went on till 10pm, which was followed by a group of drunk guests belting out song at the top of their voices until 11.15pm when people complained! Felt like a Club 18-30 holiday which ruined it for us tbh. If you want a relaxing holiday, choose a mountain side room! Oh, and get up at 7am to claim your sunbed with a towel leaving just the crappy beds available for others.

Hotel its self was really nice, room was amazing and the hot tub on the balcony really made it specsil,
had absolutly NO complaints until literally the last moments of our stay, when i had emailed confirmation of a late check out and our room was stormed by 2 very rude women demanding we leave, until i showed them the email
Most unfortunate, as we did really enjoy pur stay there
