Dårlig renhold på rommet og noen dager ordnet dem ikke rommet. Klaget på dette i resepsjonen, men ble ikke noen forbedring

Overall okay
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HotelsView great from balcony but bathroom a bit dated although clean. Air con very noisy and wouldnt work on low fan but only stayed one night. Arramged late checkout for 12 but got a call from reception at 11.15 to ask why mot checked out. Explained had arranged late check out. 10 minutes later cleaner knocked then without waiting for answer opened room door even though do not disturb sign on door. Not happy with that as one person was in shower and i had to geab a towel as she opened door. No apology from her. It's a good location but some staff need a bit of client care training. Older waiter at breakfast good and went out of his way to find us a table at breakfast as very crowded.

I only stayed one night so didn’t use as many facilities as I might normally, I came across Mario in reception who was very polite and accommodating.
