Property was clean, service was excellent. Had an initial problem with the unit I was given. It was not the flat I rented from your site. From the pictures on your site, I had a desk in the master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. That was not what we were given. After contacting the Front Desk, Mr Socrates found an adequate Unit for my family to move to the following day.

Best stay in Limassol!
Publié le 27 août 2022 sur HotelsAbsolutely nothing to complain about. The views from the apartment were amazing, the infinity pool, and the staff was the best part of the entire stay. Highly recommended. Bathroom in each bedroom and hidden hallway restroom was a pleasant discovery. They had fruit, wine, milk and water ready for us upon arrival as well.

Publié le 16 juill. 2022 sur HotelsRadioskugga i princip i hela lägenheten och värdelöst wifi. Dålig information, sen incheckning och otrevlig personal. Gymmet var litet och halva ockuperades av PT:s. Konceptet har en god tanke men efterlevs inte.
Glömde min memory Foam kudde och ringde 4ggr och fick besked att de skulle ringa tillbaka men det gjorde de inte. Enda positiva med boendet var utsikten, poolen, tvättmaskin och restaurangen Como. Dock ej värt pengarna.

Dear Sir, I just read your review at Expedia and I am really sorry that our team failed to satisfy you during your recent stay at Olympic Residence. Checking the details of yours reservation it seems that this was made and charged for two persons only and on arrival we discovered that you were four instead. If we new that you were going to be four persons, we would have allocated you to a different more comfortable apartment with a suitable bedding and Wi-Fi capacity and other essentials for four persons. On arrival unfortunately, we could not do much due to the fact that we were fully booked and all our apartments were allocated. On another note, I have also been informed by our team that the pillow you forgot has been found and you have been informed about it and collected it already. Once again, we are sorry that as per your review, your accommodation with us didn’t meet with your expectations. It was our mistake that we have accepted the occupancy change at check in. Nevertheless, If in the future, you would to return and give us the chance to recover, please do not hesitate to contact us.
