Perfect stop-off

Perfect hotel for what we were looking for as we headed from the South of France to the North. Great service, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Check you have sockets working before 10:30pm

On arrival at 10pm given room 13. Bathroom smelt strongly of urine so asked for a room change. Offered a higher floor which was no good for my husband with a bad back. Whilst I was walking the dog moved him to room 14. So when I returned at 10:30 they had moved him to 14. By the time we had unpacked and had a shower it was 11. The hairdryer didn't work and neither did the TV. I went to reception closed. Walked around the complex couldn't find anyone. So no TV no air on no sockets working all night. So unable to charge the phone. Reported in the morning when I took the dog out but just go and oh. Had another shower tried hairdryer again nothing. Went back to reception asked them to check switch had tripped. Couldn't have window open all night as on ground floor very warm most uncomfortable stay.

The young man on reception who checked us in was very polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend to stay here.

HOAX FOR ELECTRIC CARS

HOAX FOR ELECTRIC CARS If you plan to go by ELECTRIC or HYBRID CAR, simply DON'T. They will charge you BY MINUTE when the hotel is clearly meant for drivers and to leave the car charging at night. Even worse, THEY HIDE how much they charge you and then they claim not to be responsible. It is SHAMEFULL that they take benefit from clean car... NEVER AGAIN! Go somewhere else, plenty of better options around...
