Trees unnecessary

The front trees are loaded with Magpies and their waste smells and draws flies into the building. The trees should be taken down.

Propert is new, so there is no complaints with that aspect. After check in, we noticed TV remote was missing and called into front desk. We were told that a number of them have been taken. Why haven't they charged the person renting to replace the control?! No pen or paper in the room . At breakfast, a 1/4 cup of hot water for tea. This was not remedied until just before we left the breakfast area. For Holiday Inn to charge almost half again as much as the other hotels in the area, the service needs to be better. We will not return.
