EL HOTEL YA NO EXISTE Y EXPEDIA JAMAS ME LO NOTIFI
Publié le 27 nov. 2017 sur ExpediaEXPEDIA DEBIO NOTIFICARME QUE EL HOTEL YA NO EXISTE, PUES NOS INDICARON QUE TIENE MAS DE 6 MESES QUE NO EXISTE Y QUE HAN SIDO VARIAS PERSONAS LAS QUE HAN LLEGADO PREGUNTANDO POR EL HOTEL. LA VERDAD LA ZONA DONDE ESTA O ESTABA ESE HOTEL NO ES LA MEJOR Y MENOS SI LLEGAS DE NOCHE, POR LO QUE EXPEDIA DEBERIA QUITAR ESE HOTEL DE SU PORTAFOLIO. MUY MAL EXPEDIA POR QUE NO AVISO A LOS CLIENTES SIENDO QUE YA TENIA MAS CASOS DE ESTOS.

Nice Hotel but a little confusing
Publié le 5 juin 2017 sur HotelsWe booked the Hotel for one night because we wanted to do a trip to Tortuguero with a boat from Moin. Because I got sick we didn't end up going and stayed at this place for 3 nights.
When we first got there, we were confused because there are two Hotels with very similar name: a "Hotel Playa Bonita" and this place "Hotel Boutique Playa Bonita". This Hotel does not have a sign with the name anywhere and the building we stayed in actually said "Maribe". But the very nice lady at the front desk told us that we where in the right place, she had our reservation and everything worked out.
It felt like we were the only people there and it was very quiet. The Hotel is right next to Playa Bonita and has 2 pools. The breakfast was served in the mexican restaurant next door and included rice with beans, bread, fresh fruit, coffee and scrambled eggs.
The room was air-conditioned and very spacious.

Fair value for money. Got there after dark, went to see desk staff (two of them). They did not know the name of the hotel as per the reservation, so they sent us away. When we returned, after being assured by their COMPETITORS that we had been at the right place, they agreed that their hotel might have another name and found our reservations. No apology for wasting 30 minutes of our time.
