We stayed here last year and everything was clean and perfect. However this year the room and bathroom were dirty, the pool heater was unfortunately broken and our room keys deactivated over 5 times in our two day stay causing a lot of inconvince in maintenance needing to let us into our room or having to go down to the desk to get new cards.

Unfortunately the carpets must have been recently shampooed. They were still very damp…, so much so that after walking around the room for several minutes my socks were damp. Tasty chili the night we arrived and breakfast the next morning. Under cover parking was the best!

Nice stay but please fix pool heater
The stay was nice. The chili was good. The breakfast was delicious and kept very clean!!! The home made cookies were yummy. The jacuzzi was relaxing. The pool was cold due to heater being broken. That was a big factor in choosing that hotel so that was disappointing but trying to cancel my reservation meant sacrificing a full day and losing out on about 100.00 to pick another hotel with the amenities we wanted so we just stayed there and did jacuzzi time instead. The hotel is like a maze and is out dated compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms are nice with comfy beds and a big tv. The tub is very out dated with stains and a dirty looking mat so you don’t slip. That should be looked in to. If you need anything the staff will get it for you. The employees are helpful and nice. Our stay was enjoyable especially being across from the beach and near shopping. We might stay there again if the pool is fixed. That being said my daughter jumped in anyways then quickly warmed up in the jacuzzi.
