Needs attention but would stay again
Publié le 20 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the spacious feel and were excited about the 2 en-suite and ocean view. But… the television in the living room didn’t hook up to any streaming services, the television in one of the bedrooms didn’t work at all. None of the 3 sliding glass doors would open, the bed in one bedroom was very saggy and the shower in one of the rooms definitely needs attention. The benches at the dining table had broken down seats and were very uncomfortable. The fireplace doesn’t work and in the evening the house gets pretty chilly, it would have been nice to have some throw blankets. I know this doesn’t sound like a good review but to be honest, we loved the proximity to the restaurants, grocery and Starbucks. We would stay again but we would bring a fire-stick for the tv and some throw blankets.

Unhealthy air system, Unsecure doors, unsafe conditions.
Publié le 18 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThree of us originally booked for three nights, stayed only two, feeling dissapppointed and disgusted. The biggest issue to deal with was the airflow throught the HVAC system was clogged with dust, debris and rodent feces in the air ducts.
Secondly the garage door back entrance and door between the garage & house were not secure due to glass and rotted wood outside door with gaps which could lead to rodent entering.
Third the floors and furniture were dirty and not vaccumed or cleaned. the LR couch had visible dirt and debris between the cushions.
Forth issue was the outside hill side exit to the street was uneven, jagged rocks that could easily cause injury.
Fifth was false advertising for easy access to the beach.
It was a drive away from the house. The only entrance to the beach (Roads End) was like an old creek gone dry with rocks and deep crevices that were not navigable for some of us.
Attempting to communicate wiith local team by responding with attached photos to original text from them was not answered. Second Messagewith attached photos to email of trip manager was not responded to either. Deeply sorry I rented this property. If you want me to send photos again please provide a secure email address you will respond to.

Poor communication, Foul smell

-Foul smell in kitchen, left untreated after repeated contacts to property management
-Uncomfortable beds
- dining table bench is sunken.
- unable to use TVs to sign in to regular apps for shows (Hulu, Netflix, Prime)
- not hot water for half our stay
Pros:
- nice beach path that resembles a hike
- fire pit in back
- friendly neighbors

Publié le 22 oct. 2020 sur HomeAwaythe house was great, however some updates are really needed....dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived, slats were off the blinds and just laying on the floor, ice maker did not work and freezer would not keep food cold....

Oregon Coast!
Publié le 14 sept. 2020 sur HomeAwayThis house is perfect for a family of 6 vacation house the location is perfect and short walk to the beach. Murphy bed is perfect touch and plenty of bathrooms to share. There were a couple issues, the freezer doesn't work our frozen food melted and no ice. You also might want to bring your own utensils they had a couple forks but only 1 spoon. There is a Safeway and dollar store just down the road. The faucet in the 2nd room is a different set up and could use instruction how to turn shower on. Despite the few issues the stay was great and nice to have a yard with fire pit and ocean views. We would stay here again. Sad to say goodbye to Lincoln City.

needs work
Publié le 18 août 2018 sur HomeAwayThis rental was a dissappointment. So many things did not work, had to call management numerous times to fix things. Showers need alot of help, TV wouldn't come on, fireplace wouldn't come on, blinds were broke and had to cover windows with sheets for privacy, the list goes on. It is unfortunate, it would just take better oversight and some tweaking and touches and it would be fantastic.
When you rent this place you pay so much for management fees, they should really do their job.

Thanks for staying with us, Heather. Our local operations has checked, and everything is in working order at this unit. There are instructions posted for the fireplace, and the window coverings have been repaired/replaced.

Accomdated us all comfortably and loved the yard space
