Big oceanfront views from everywhere including the large oceanfront deck or while relaxing in the hot tub. Lovely Cape Cod style with N to S wall of windows overlooking the oceanfront. The deck is huge with 10 wooden adirondacks and picnic table for some great meals or relaxation while listening to the waves roll in. Hot tub and BBQ also overlook the oceanfront. Enjoy whale spouts, sunsets and moonlight as you gaze out to sea. Private beach access! Surfing is popular in front of this home (famous Nelscott Wave). Pirates Lookout now has 3 Roku TV’s. One 32 inch in the upstairs bedroom one 50 inch in the downstairs bedroom and one 65 inch in the new game/rec room in the basement. Along with a new foosball table there is a 65inch Roku smart tv and couch in the basement for you to enjoy streaming all your favorite services as well as an HDMI hookup for you to use any gaming console you have. A great area for teens or anyone to relax and enjoy. We work hard on cleaning, sanitizing and provide con-tactless check in. Max 10 guests including stop by visitors.
Please avoid single night gaps during Spring Break, July & August.

We managed to get early check-in, which was very nice. It was a very wet weekend but each day of our stay we were able to be on the beach for a couple of hours which was absolutely heaven. Overall great stay! Spectacular views, great deck, great Jaccuzzi, Great town. The home is very comfortable, loved the fireplace at night, and the overall privacy. Some of the home is very "dated" and ready for upgrades, but for the price it was perfect. The 104 "shared with neighbors" stairs to the sandy beach was a little surpise but wortrh the adventure. Highly recommend this place and hope to return next year

We all absolutely loved the house, plenty of room for everyone. The deck and view of the ocean was incredible! We even saw some whales. The steps to the beach were steep and okay going down and we enjoyed walking the beach. A designated return driver is recommended. Ha! The house was clean, plenty of dishes and towels. The property manager was responsive. It is in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to restaurants.

We brought our family members from Germany to spend a couple of days at the coast with us Everyone was amazed at the amazing ocean view and access to the beach! The house itself was charming. Nice place but needs cleaning.
Overall it was a nice place to stay. It has great views, direct beach access (100+ stairs), and a nice deck space. I was disappointed at the level of cleanliness. Especially with all the notes and heafty cleaning fee. Lots of cobwebs, dust, dirty light switches, doors, door jams and andwalls.

A week of relaxation
We loved our time here. There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved the deck with its views. We enjoyed the hot tub, watching many a sunset. We definitely got a workout climbing the stairs to and from the ocean! There is an amazing tide pool in front of the house. We saw whales and seals. We would come back again!
