The only issues was the peolpe in the room next to ours turned music on in the morning, and was very loud.

The a/c was out and that was not disclosed before or during check in. We didn’t find out til we got to our room and it was hot and humid in the room. When we asked they said “oh it’s out in the whole building”. That would’ve been nice to know before spending the money ! Didn’t offer a refund or anything. So we were kind of stuck with it. The shower was broken and shower head was leaking. The building smelt horrid because the a/c being out and everything. It was just a horrible time. Was my go to before this, won’t be returning now.

Room was fresh and clean. Bed was comfy. Shower water pressure was good. Room had a micro and frig. Generally quiet. Lots of dining options and necessity shopping nearby. Back door was broken and left slightly open so anyone could enter motel though

Ok, but won’t stay again
Posted Sep. 17, 2024 on HotelsOverall, it was ok. The ladies at the front desk should be able to answer questions about the area. For example, what time does Outlet Mall close, or ways to get around, other than driving your own vehicle. They couldn’t answer these or even provide #’s for services. There parking lot sucks, all at a steep slope.
