Barking dog!!

The property itself wasn't bad. There was a big dog barking in the room just beneath us. He barked all night for the first 4 night we stayed there.

A little rough arpund the edges

Places on the ocean have a hard time keeping up with the odd ball maintenance and this place is no exception. Handrails are rough, and the door has big gaps around the frame. That being said, the balcony looks right over the water and that was all i really wanted.

Great room for the price and good accommodations

Nice beach access close by, close to food and shops. Parking lot can be interesting at times. For the money it was wonderful minus 2 things. #1,) the missing door molding / weatherstrip leaves a gap around the door so we heard every conversation outside the room and in the next units. This needs to be fixed . #2.) not the property manager fault but every night we opens the balcony to enjoy the amazing view we were smoked out by the people below us smoking weed. . It really ruined this room for us but again not the property management issue

This place is in bad disrepair, not like the pictures at all. The room was decent but the floors were covered in sand, the fridge had leftovers in it, there wasn’t enough towels or blankets, the TV remote buttons only worked sometimes. They don’t do a maid service apparently. There was no onsite manager to be found. The neighbors were shouting and banging around. Someone or someones tried to enter our room three different times until 1:30am and no one to address it. Which leads me to my next suggestion, peepholes in the doors! In this day and age it is a necessity. We were up most of the night anticipating a break in, my boyfriend was sitting in front of the door with a loaded gun while I was ready to call 911. I tried reaching out to Vacasa for the contact info of someone in the area with no avail. The beach access was closed and this was not disclosed either. Overall very disappointed.

Enjoyed the area but other guests ruined it.

The closeness to the areas we were interested in was great. The room was clean but a bit sparse. The bed was very hard and the proximity to the beach was very overstated but that wasn't the down side. We were in 1F and the guests above us were loud and obnoxious ALL NIGHT LONG our first night. And guests with pets let them roam unleashed. After encountering two very large dogs roaming the walkway and parking lot, we decided to call it and left the property. Lesson learned. I didn't want to rip you on the review it's just that this type of property is not for us.

Oregon trip

We were very disappointed. The building itself is in need of repair. Upon entering room we noticed the floor was dirty. This room was so dirty we had to make a trip to the store for cleaning supplies. There was long hair and other things all over the bathroom. Long story short, this room was cleaner when we left than how we found it. With all the discolored wall patches, it was quite a site. Then there was the bed.. which squeaks upon any movement. The foot of the bed is higher than the head, not to mention sagging in the middle. Not our best experience with VRBO stay. I hope Vacasa will make some improvements as you’re definitely paying for the view only!!! Twice we had people try to open our door. Not sure how often the combinations get changed but didn’t feel secure at all.

Room with a View

The room has an amazing view of the ocean. The room could use a little work on a purely paint update. The floor could have used an additional sweep prior to the mop. Overall the room was clean and ready earlier than the check in time. Beach access was easy just down from the unit. The fireplace was a nice toch.

Not fancy but good view

There were sunflower seed shells all over the deck that we swept. I had to turn the gas on and light the pilot to use the fireplace. I tried to fix the box spring it wont tay on one side of the frame.

Misrepresented property

I book this property as the online photos showed it tp be nice and clean. When I arrived the lock entrance was not working properly, i had to input the code several times to get in. Once in, the room appeared not clean and very run down. I immediately called VRBO/VACASA who told methey contacted the on site manager. The bed was disgusting as well as the pillows, they smelled very bad. I slept ontop of two towels i brought on the foot of the bed for two nights, tried to sleep, as I was told they would fix it. The bathroom floors and floors in general were filth. The gas fireplace and/or heater were faulty and the rooms got extremely hot. It got so bad I had to turn the gas off. This rental needs to be to be pulled from the websites until proper maintenence and cleaning can be done. I reached out to VRBO_VACASA for 2 days, received no help. The cleaners were supposed to come by the second day to fix things clean and at least bring new pillows. They left a bag of supposedly clean bedding in a garbage bag in front of the door. I swept up a pile of human hair and dirt off the floors. I left a day early as this place was so dirty and i did not get assistance.
