Two-night getaway at a fabulous location

Parking was the only concern at times, but the front desk was always very helpful when we had questions about parking. Our son loved the pool. We would absolutely stay here again!

We agree that the parking situation is one of our challenges here on the property. We are quite landlocked and only having enough spaces for one car per unit can put us in a bind sometimes. Great little condo on the beach!
Publié le 8 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayWe take an annual trip to the beach for my fiancé's birthday. It has been our tradition for the 3 years we have been together. This is our 2nd stay at D Sands and we love it. This year was particularly stressful over the holidays, so this little get-away to decompress and reconnect was just what the doctor ordered. We checked in on Friday and never left the room until Sunday morning at checkout. Lots of time was spent cuddling and staring at the ocean. This place has an incredible view of the beach!Overall the place was very clean and tidy. We had a couple maintenance issues that management was super quick to resolve. The level of customer service provided by the management team is amazing!My only comments for any room for improvement are that the unit we stayed in could use a little updating. Other than that we were very happy with our stay and will be back!

Wonderful Stay
Publié le 18 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwaySlow M’Ocean was a wonderful property. It’s in a great location (right by the beach) which was perfect for experiencing the King Tides. The unit is exactly as pictured and had everything I needed.

Pleasant-relaxing
Publié le 25 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved the view, it was right on the beach. The room was relaxing. The murphy bed gave more seating (lounging) as well as being used as a bed. The kitchen has the very basics. If you think you need something you might want to bring it (I brought a grater, which they didn't have). There is only one parking spot per unit. They do have some spots along the road for extra parking.
There were some things that we could of used more of, but we were only there for 2 nights. So we didn't bother to call about it.
Overall for the price, it was great!! Love how it's decorated.

Since we are a group of 63 individually owned units, each unit is outfitted differently and it sounds like the owners of your unit don't do too much cooking. If there was anything you needed, we would have provided what we could. And, yes, since we are land-locked, parking on busy weekends will continue to be an issue. We hope you'll come see us again the next time you visit Lincoln City.

nice short term condo
Publié le 20 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwaythe unit was very clean, very comfortable and you cant beat the view for that price. i wish i had none there wasnt an elevator. It wasnt a real big issue for us but i had to help other guest's with their bags. I would rent again

Ocean Views Are Good Medicine

Perfect family getaway
Publié le 6 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe D Sands was an ideal place to squeeze out one more weekend at the coast before the rainy season kicked in. The condo/ rooms were clean (read: no sand!). The hot tub was the perfect temp and the kids loved the pool. The landlord thankfully let us in an hour early since we arrived from out of town and our condo was ready. We will stay here again!
