Reasonable price, but the stairs up to our room were very dirty. Not a great 1st impression. Room was clean, but bathroom faucet had very little pressure, so we replaced the faucet screen for you & now there's a lot of pressure. The receipt & the old faucet screen is by the TV. The drain is very slow though, so you might want to check it. It would also help if there was some kind of fan in the room or a screen on the sliding door since the fireplace keeps it too warm at night in the summertime.

If I wanted to do chores I would have stayed home. Had to carry a trash bag full of soaked dirty towels across the property down a bunch of stairs to exchange for clean ones. The room was never cleaned, The trash cans were overflowing and no supplies replenishment. (TP,Soap,Towels etc. The bed was so warped and the springs were shot! There was no way to sleep on it! No air or fan nothing. The room was really hot

Our local manager noted that this home does not provide stay-over cleaning unless guests request it and there is an additional fee. We truly apologize for any misunderstanding and for any inconvenience this caused your party. Additionally, the trash cans are emptied daily and a starter pack of amenities is provided to get guests' stay off to a good start. A/C and fans are not listed amenities and we are sorry for any discomfort you felt due to the warm weather. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and we hope to have the opportunity to better impress you on your next getaway.

Location was good. Property was disappointing however. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was an old spring mattress. The toilet didn't flush properly. We had to flush multiple times just to get anything down it. We did like that the fact the property excepted dogs. The parking was definitely first come first serve.

Vrbo was impossible to work with. I had to go directly through the location to get any communicati.

The electric fireplace didn't work so I was credited $25 per night we were there. That was a wonderful compromise! The room was FANTASTIC, the view of the ocean was wonderful, and the location crew was very friendly and helpful.
