Chambre très bien équipée pour notre famille.
Le petit lit était prêt pour ma fille, ce fut vraiment apprécié!

Parking was a breeze, check-in a little long because of the timeshare thing. They try to push you into the timeshare meetings but we made it clear we had no interest and it was fine they let us go. Room was very nice with one the most confortable bed and pillow ever. Walking distance to everything was a plus. Pool/spa area was okay not too crowded at the end of a long day of hiking. It is missing a EV car charger for hotel guests. We had a nice winter weekend thank you!

The suite was spacious and in spite of the bathrooms being a bit dated, it was overall well equipped. However, no one communicated to us that the outdoor pool would be closed, not just for swimming, but it wasn't even open for lounging alongside. If that was in connection with the Legionnaires disease outbreak several weeks ago, they had plenty of time to advise us of this deficiency! The weather was sunny and temps were high 70s and low 80°s. Someone should have communicated that to us. Our suite had a lovely and very spacious balcony overlooking the pool. That was very nice except for the fact that with all the construction going on just beyond the pool and all around the resort, so much truck noise made it very unpleasant to sit on the balcony for any length of time.
I'd love to be able to write a favorable review but the bad outweighs the good. Disappointing vacation.
