Everyone was nice and property was clean. But, we were super mad that the free breakfast (which we look forward to and specifically choose hotels that have them ) was terrible! They were out of everything because the truck was late and all we had was waffles, hard bagels and a hard boiled egg. We should’ve been reimbursed for having to go buy my breakfast for my family.

THe property is old and in need of repair, the bedding was old and needs to be replaced. The little mini fridge was not usable because the ice built up in the freezer area and would not let you close the door fully. I would not stay there again or recommend to anybody.

Damp and moldy

Not your normal Country Inn and Suites
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is in a good location (easy to locate, near restaurants and Walmart). It was quiet. However, it was not the quality I expect from this chain. The whole second floor hallway smelled — not sure the source (sewage? Something dead and decomposing?). The room had been deodorized with a chemical that made it hard to breathe. Toilet hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Breakfast was average. Staff members were helpful. I wouldn’t choose this one again if another hotel was available.

Not great.
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HotelsNo hand soap in our room and we waited at the counter to be checked in for several minutes as no one was there. Elevator and the lobby were extremely hot.
