Very nice place to stay. Would have liked a coffee maker in the room, but hot coffee was always available in the lobby

John thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We appreciate your time and effort. Sorry about the coffee pots they took those out during covid and feel it was best not to replace them.

The sheets was dingy and pillow cases,room wasn’t clean good, tissue was found behind the bed. The chair and floor had hair on it. The bathroom tub was nasty. The upper shower had mold. Will never go back there. It was my first experience

Im not sure what room you stayed in but we do not have tubs in the bathrooms. All the room have walk in showers except the two suites. I am sorry that your stay was not to your liking. If issues like this occur please let the front desk know so that we can try to correct them immediately.

Was greeted at the checkin ..very nice Our room was clean and look to have been remodeled..everything was freshly painte Towels was fresh and clean Beds very comfortable Outside needed work Had a nice stay... Breakfast was ok for beening free... We would stay again Outside needed some work

Almost all of our stay was good. We only came across one problem. Some guests across the hall had dogs. One room had at least one large dog and one room had at least one smaller dog. And they all barked constantly. My husband went to the front desk at 3am for assistance. The response he received was "I'm sorry. Several of our guests have dogs." And, that was that. We didn't get much sleep at all for the three nights we were there. . We will make sure it's not pet friendly when we choose a hotel from now on.

Gwendolyn I am truly sorry that you had an issue with the dogs. Sometimes it is hard being a pet friendly hotel.
