Great location, the design of the hotel means you won’t get a river view without paying the big bucks. We had a family room which was a good size. The bed was massive with good pillows. We found the mattress too firm. Our 14 year old son (man size) has become used to being offered an inadequate pull out bed with paper thin mattress. This is common wherever we stay unfortunately for kids. The room and bathroom were very clean with a good quality shower. It had a broken fixture on the wall. But helpful staff when we asked for a fan. The room temperature was controlled in the room but we like a fan. The room was also very quiet.
The breakfast was a good buffet with fresh fruit and pastries aswell as a cooked selection. Nice view from the 5th floor restaurant. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very Noisy & Poor Bedding

I called reception and they said there was a function on till midnight. No apology. Horrendous night. The pillows were really flat without any other options. Not like Premiere Inn

Great location.
Standard room was reasonably sized and pretty clean although under the beds could have done with vacuuming.
Good breakfast options.
All members of staff I encountered (Reception, housekeeping, restaurant at breakfast) were super - professional, friendly , polite and helpful.
