Très bon hôtel pour une étape de transit entre Chicago et saint louis sur la route 66 staff très sympa et accueillant petit déjeuner très complet

This place is clean, quiet and conveniently located. Staff is excellent. I would suggest improving the concrete in the parking area. There were several cracks that could become a problem in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are traveling.

Bed was too soft, pillows too small.

Everything was fine. Thought room was pricey for what it was. But it was standard Hampton inn stay which I rely on. Clean and comfortable enough. Friendly

Room smelled like cigarette smoke

We booked a non-smoking room but the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was next to a smoking room with a door between the 2 rooms. Per the staff this was due to the adjacent smoking room odor making its way to the room via the door. This room should've been designated a smoking room. It was fully booked so we could not be moved. Staff sprayed the room the next day with febreeze which helped a little. I had to respray because smell was starting to return. We always try to stay at Hampton Inns because we've had nothing but great experiences until we stayed at this one. This place could use a refresh.

We are very sorry the smell from next door was filtering into your room, and that we were unable to move you do to being sold out. You are absolutely correct that we are do for a remodel, hopefully over the winter months.

The room was very clean. Indoor pool water was extremely cold. I had planned for my granddaughters to be able to swim that evening. They only lasted five minutes because the water was so cold. The beds were very uncomfortable. I felt like I spent the night tossing and turning trying to find it comfortable spot. The breakfast was very good and there was a full variety of breakfast foods.

Thank you for the review! We are so sorry to hear your granddaughters were not able to enjoy the pool. This issue is being addressed. We are also in the early stages of a planned remodel for the hotel and hope to see you again in the future.
