I feel bad for the employees because they were short staffed and ill-equipped to handle the difficulties they encountered. The key card machine wasn’t working so you couldn’t get into your room without a staff member which was problematic in the morning during breakfast as they were trying to deal with a breaker issue in the breakfast area so we had to hunt down someone from the cleaning staff to let us in. They have the refillable toiletries in the bathroom which is great but they were empty so I didn’t have any conditioner. It could have been good but was instead a “should’ve stayed at the Best Western down the street instead”.
