Clean and well maintained! Perfect location for trolling The Haymarket. The only thing I didn’t like was the street noise- I could hear all the vehicles for my closed window in my room.

Hidden fees
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HotelsAlthough there was available parking at the hotel, I was told to move and pay $20 for garage parking or $10 for open air parking across the street. I was also charged a $5 Clean Energy fee! They mentioned they were participating in a Clean Energy program all the while every single guest who ate at their breakfast buffet were using styrofoam cups, plates, and plastic forks. None of these items (besides the plastic utensils) were recyclable. Only waste, plastic, or paper.

We are located in the heart of Downtown Lincoln, and we lease our parking. We try to stay in line with other downtown properties on parking fees. We do charge a green fee at our hotel. We are as environmentally friendly as possible and are in the IHG green imitative program. I'm sure it was disappointing to see the plasticware at breakfast, but this is IHG standard and out of our control. There are Several areas you may not see that are implemented to stay as green friendly as possible.Please know that your feedback is extremely valuable to us. The property was clean, but the traffic noise was terrible, parking was a 2 blocks away and overall would never stay there again

Unfortunately, this is on element that is out of our control. We are in the heart of Downtown Lincoln, and we do get some cars and motorcycles that insist on showing off a bit, especially on bust weekends with events in the area. Parking was tight especially with all the large trucks and heavy duty trucks. The noise level was annoying with the motorcyclists and sports cars revving their engines late into the night.

Thank you, Rob, for your feedback about the parking. Yes, our parking can be tight. Especially when we are busy and sold out with a lot of guests with trucks. However, we are glad that we do have enough spaces to accommodate all guests at the hotel with reserved hotel parking. We are glad that you chose our hotel and hope to see you again in the future. The rooms were nice and large and the breakfast was wonderful.
There was a vehicle or two that roar up and down O street until midnight or later.
I also did not get a clear explanation about the parking fees; until we were checking out.
