Publié le 30 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was as we expected except the cleanliness—the carpet was so filthy that we had to bring it out and shake it since there was no vacuum to use. Also, we had to clean dust under the couch that looked like it had been collecting over the years. Otherwise it was good!

We've never had issues with guests on the cleanliness of our place so I was a bit surprised. I've reached out to our cleaners to pay extra attention to those areas to ensure we won't have that issue going forward. Thank you and we hope to have you back in the future.

11/14/24 weekend trip
Publié le 18 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved everything about the unit. The layout was perfect. Loved the fact that it had an elevator because my husband has bad knees and we had a lot of luggage. The room was clean and neat. The pool and the game room were terrific. Just wish that we had had an extra day to enjoy the amenities more. Would definitely stay again.

Lincoln 2024

Only problem for me was that there was a tenant below us and I have an energetic not always so easy to settle (particularly on vacation) 4 year old and after he knocked on the door the 1st night I just felt paranoid that she was being too loud. The host and condo were otherwise really nice and accomodating.

Excellent and comfortable!
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a fantastic stay and were so impressed with this condo. The bedrooms were spacious and we appreciated the full kitchen. Sitting on the porch looking at the mountains was the icing on the cake! We would love to stay here again.

NH Getaway
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe visited in summer. The condo was in a great location for exploring both the Kancamagus Hwy. & the Franconia Notch SP areas of the White Mountains NF as well as Lincoln restaurants (many walkable).
The unit was well furnished, but could have stood a little up dating, especially with the balcony furniture. Supplies were good for at least the first 3-4 days. Dinner & cookware seemed adequate (we did not cook). Beds were comfortable, but needed some places to open suitcases. Bathrooms & towels were adequate, but could have used more rods. Water was very soft. We didn’t use TV.
Overall the condo was comfortable, but could use some serious updating. We would recommend & book again.

Weekend Family Trip
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a beautiful property and well maintained!! We enjoyed the beauty of the area and the cleanliness of the property. We would definitely rent again! Great proximity to the white mountains. Lincoln is a charming town.
FYI: the pool, hot tub and game facilities close at 8:45pm. WiFi has a weak signal if you need it for work.
