Loon condo

This unit was great for a family of 4. The unit was very clean and has a great view from the balcony. It was a little difficult to locate it and we had issues with the entry code and there was also no key in the lock box upon arrival however we were able to call customer service right away and they provided us with a back up code

Good location

The check in process was a disaster. We were not given the code to the exterior lock or the backup lockbox. I was able to contact the host, which is a third party agency. They were responsive but it took about an hour from the time we arrived until we could actually enter the property. The unit was clean but tired. The tables and chairs all had loose hardware. The beds were uncomfortable. The location was great and there’s a lot to do in the area. We enjoyed having access to the pools, hot tubs and other amenities. We spent a good amount of time at the pool. The property could be great but definitely needs some TLC.

our stay in Lincoln

The rental condo was very clean and neat. The only issues with the condo were the lack of air conditioning and the doors. The entry door to the porch was jammed and difficult to open. once we got in the condo that door remained open throughout our stay. The screens on the slider doors were also damaged.

Nice Unit, Overall Property Just Okay

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The condo interior was clean and had everything we needed, like fans, pool towels, and even some detergent. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated, but the furniture and rugs are pretty outdated. The location was good- only a few minutes drive to the downtown Lincoln area and close to the local attractions like Clark’s trading post and Loon stride. There were a few things that bothered us during our stay. The towels and linens were clean but a bit scratchy. The instructions to find the unit were useless, and after driving around for 20 minutes we were lucky to find someone at the main reception building who could give us proper instructions. The stairwells and grounds were dirty, unlit and outdated. The porches to the unit were unswept and dirty, and the furniture on them was also filthy and completely uninviting. There were no screens installed on the porch sliding doors, and we couldn’t open some of the windows because the screens had large gaps. Even though the unit doesn’t have air conditioning, we were comfortable enough at night with the windows open and fans going. It was quite muggy during the day in the unit, but we were out exploring the area most of the time. We used the indoor pools on a rainy day, which were clean, but outdated. One of the outdoor pools was closed for maintenance. Overall, we’d likely choose to stay elsewhere next time we visit the area.

The condo was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The facilities at the rest of the resort was decent. Appreciated access to pool and jacuzzi.

Unit nice, nice proximity to Loon Mountain

Stay was nice, unit was spacious and well stocked. (some beds could use new matteresses though) Lots of frustration with the check in process and lack of directions to the unit, as its numbering is inconsistent with the other units in the building. Management company was not helpful over the phone as they did not have directions in addition to what was sent via email. Once settled, our stay was fine and unit was as pictured.
