Asked for working fridge at check in and never received one.Smoke alarm was disconnected. Bags of trash piled alongside building.

It was very dirty, there were cockroaches around the room. On the bed, there were stains on the bed and everything. When I stepped on the floor, my feet became black. The rooms have a bad smell

Very out dated, cloudy pool and hot tub, cracks in walls, hole in the ceiling in the pool. Our room smelled of old smoke and the floors didn't look to be vacuumed in our room, hallways and the stairs.

Walked into our 1st room and the sheets literally had mud on them, we changed rooms. The top sheet had a burn hole in it. The shower head was "crusty" and rusted. The bathroom floor was sticky. The fire detection devise had been removed, of the 2 mirrors, one was smudged with finger prints and the other looked like I was looking into a fog bank. The grounds outside of our room looked like a dumping ground that was filled with trash. I am a Type II Diabetic and the breakfast choices were inedible for me except an orange and an apple. The coffee was like mud. This place is a disaster.

The staff was dull with no conversation. The peep hole on our room was hanging down with black tape over the hole. Then one of the beds sheet was wet with hair on it so they came and changed the sheets. The beds were like spring on a rock and we couldn’t get the temperature in the room to regulate. It was either way too hot or way too cold. The TV remote didn’t work either. Needless to say I will not be staying at another Quality Inn.
