Told us pool would be available 2nd day of stay and wasn't. Remote in room didn't work, gave us another one without batteries so back to front desk.

They allow us to do an early check-in because we were moving from one hotel to another. They remembered a room number and our names and were very welcoming to many of those who were in the community for an event. Highly recommend in the area. Will stay there again.

Overall the property was good. The bathroom had a strong odor to it that may have been due to what was used to clean it. The air-conditioning unit was fairly loud. The staff was excellent. Very nice and professional.

This was the most 'bare-bones' hotel room ever. No luggage rack, 1 waste basket, no screen in the bathroom faucet, no drain cover in the bathroom sink. Not a picture on the walls and a big empty space by the window where a chair could have been. Outlets were barely hanging in the wall and plugs would fall out. ON the positive side, the breakfast was well stocked.

Check in was great. However, it was a two nice stay and the cleaner only came in and replaced towels. Did not remove trash or make the beds. Key stopped working after first day. I’m disabled and had to go all the way back down to check in to get key fixed to he told that it’s been happening all day.
