Certainly wasn't the picture I was shown of two double beds. Could only open the door half way to fit the twin in and not what I ordered. They stop answering calls after 7 or so so you are F***ed if you need some thing or have a question. I could hear the next door person yawning loudly. Finally I yelled stop. I hope he had a happy ending but then he started the yawning at 5 am. Per a notice to hotel participants. WE CAN HEAR YOU! They are responsive before that time, like I couldn't figure out the TV and the son cam over pretty quickly. IF I were more adept, she was willing to do it over the phone. The front door was pouring cold air in so I feel sorry for there heating bill. Other than that, everything was clean, soft fluffy towels, water pressure, hot water and I kept looking at this picture on then wall of fall..I'm sure it was cheap but it was beautiful

Thank you for the positive comments on how extremely clean your unit was and how it was equipped with everything you needed for your stay.
If you had a question about what you booked, please ask us next time to show you proof that you are in thr correct room. I looked at your original reservation, and you were given the exact unit you booked, a room with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed on the riverside with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. We do not have a room with 2 full beds. We have a unit with 2 queen beds and fully equipped kitchenette, but it costs more.
We are sorry if the bed wasn't moved far enough up for the door to open freely, and that some noise was heard from your neighbors. If you conta trd us about the issue, we could have spoken to the guests.
All three owners live on the property, so service doesn't end at 7pm, and we don't appreciate the misinformation you are giving people. All you have to do is call the office phone number you were given and we can be reached. I'm glad you appreciated the speedy service you received when you needed help with your TV. We always strive to deliver excellent customer service!
Lastly, I don't know why you feel the need to say that our pictures are cheap. I personally do the photography for many pieces in the rooms, and did them all for the room you were in. I get them professionally framed or my images turned in canvas pieces. I believe the one you are talking about is the photo taken from Artist Bluff. I did that hike with my family and proudly display local pieces in the rooms so the customer is reminded of the beauty of the area they are vacationing in. This particular photo is so popular that some customers have purchased copies of it. I hope you can reflect on the positives and try us again in the future.

The motel is affordable, convenient, and extremely clean. However we were in rm #2 and had a horrible night’s sleep due to the fact that we were directly over the hot water heater that services the entire motel. Needless to say we were all settled in and didn’t realize it would run loudly most of the night and morning. We stayed a weekday during the winter and while we could hear other guests they seemed to be mostly quiet and respectful. Traffic was at a minimum.

Thank you for you review Jean! We love hearing that you found our place to be affordable, conveniently located, and extremely clean. We always strive for excellent customer service and are glad you found the accommodation excellent. We have never had a guest complain about boiler noise before, but had you mentioned it to us, we could have tried to switch your room so that it wouldn't effect you. Based on all the positives, we hope you will book again soon and request a different motel room.

This place is perfect for an inexpensive, cute, clean, ideal location spot. The pool/hot tub privileges at the Resort 2 miles away were really amazing and gave us the best of both worlds. The woman handling the desk was very kind and knowledgeable of the area. We will be back!!
